The complete kit includes two disposable catheters and  optical fiber which can be used twice on the same patient (eg in the case of intervention on both legs). As you can see from the photos, the blood collecting bag collects the blood that is released from the vein because of endovascular pressure, which is caused during every emission; This prevents contamination of the operative field.

The bag is connected to the catheter by means of a standard connector that can also be used to apply a syringe
